MEMBERSHIP

Membership in SSHDNA is open to all residents aged 18 and older within the defined boundaries. A resident is either a property owner or a long-term tenant (over one year), but not both. A property owner is represented by one individual per property, regardless of the number of properties owned. To join, individuals must submit a membership application to the Association and pay annual dues ($35).
