It all begins with an idea.
In 2019, four friends & residents of the Seville Historic District - Drew Buchanan, Chuck Presti, Ann Regan, and Joe Bernard, recognized the need for a local neighborhood association. They met regularly to begin the process. However, progress was stalled with the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite delays, they successfully built out the Seville Square Historic District Neighborhood Association framework, including the Articles of Incorporation, Mission, Bylaws, and a tentative Board of Directors.
